Asymmetric Brachycephaly

Asymmetric brachycephaly refers to general flattening at the back of the head (brachycephaly) combined with an asymmetrical shape deformity that is more pronounced on one side. A baby's back-sleeping position, restricted neck movement (torticollis) or a tendency to lie on one side of the head can lead to this picture.

Evaluation

Your baby's head shape is evaluated with 3D optical scanning and clinical measurements. For every patient, the treatment plan is created individually by a specialist orthotist and physician.
