We have prepared this notice to transparently explain the personal data we collect in our capacity as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Through the appointment form, we process your full name, phone number, email address, preferred date/time and service notes; through the contact form, your full name, email address and message content; and for visitor analytics (if you have given consent), your session ID, the pages you visit, device type and country code. Your IP address is not stored.

Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed to create the appointment you request, provide our services, respond to your contact requests and improve the website.

Legal Basis

Appointment and contact data are processed on the legal grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract and on the basis of your explicit consent; analytics data is processed on the legal ground of your explicit consent.

Retention Period

Appointment and contact data are retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of the request. Visitor analytics data is kept for a maximum of 12 months.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to its processing, and the right to data transfer. You can submit your requests to us through our contact channels.
